In respect to the legal case in high court, where some objection has been made regarding out of syllavbus question, it can be said that the commission has decided to award full marks against those question to all candidates. which will not change the result, but can be neutralized the objections

Even if screening test is in advance stage only to add some fixed marks to all candidates
